Thank you for your interest in becoming a new practice member! We look forward to meeting you! To set up your initial two-part examination, please follow these simple steps:

1. Call our office at (607) 277-2570 or fill out our contact form to schedule a convenient appointment time. Our usual office hours are

Mondays and Wednesdays, from 8 AM to 6 PM
Tuesdays from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Thursdays from 10AM to 1PM.
Fridays from 8 AM to 5 PM.
