To ensure your first visit
with us is a pleasant one, here are the procedures you can
expect during the next 50 minutes with us: |

Paperwork
Bring in your completed questionnaire to help us get to
know you. The doctor will use this information to help
formulate the recommendations for your care. |

Patient
Education
To
acquaint you with our office and explain how we help our
patients regain their health, take advantage or our literature
racks and also the red binder "Practice Member Stories" on the
book shelf. Ask to watch our 30 min. introductory video.

Consultation
You'll meet the doctor who will review your health
history and determine if yours is a chiropractic case.
|

Examination
Physical, neurological, and chiropractic tests will be
performed to determine the presence and location of any spinal
tension or misalignment. This will include 3 computerized
spinal scans. |
 |
Posture
Exam
You
will be photographed to document your current resting posture.
|
 |
Adjustment
Based on your exam findings, the doctor will apply
precise forces to gently start the spinal unwinding process.
Your response is actually part of the examination.

Orientation
To help you save time and money and for you to
understand your care, you will be given literature and a video
to go through before your next
visit. |

Next
Visit
Your
first visit is complete. Plan to spend about 50 minutes on
your next
visit to receive the doctor's report of findings and
recommendations for chiropractic care. |
